TERRY MARLER

Terry Marler is a senior executive with over 30 years experience in healthcare, technology, automotive & consumer electronics sectors. His career has covered areas in sales, product & project management, quality control, finance, operations, and executive leadership.

Terry spent 16 years at Delphi working globally with multiple automotive companies spanning 20 countries. He was responsible for $70M process improvement and software implementation projects, standardizing processes and breaking down silos, and created business lines of over $250M in revenue in new markets and products.

Subsequently, he acted as a CEO of a medical practice company and a biometrics entity. In addition, he has consulted with biometrics start-ups, academic institutions, and consumer electronics companies. Most recently, Terry served as the COO of UnityPoint Health - Memorial Hospital in Carthage, IL, where he oversaw multiple divisions and operations such as nursing, pharmacy, imaging, laboratory, cardio-rehab and IT. Terry has also formerly taught business at 4 universities.

Terry holds an MBA from the Simon School of Business, University of Rochester, and a BA in Marketing from Brigham Young University.
