Before that Mr. Massengill was a Managing Director for Silver Leaf Partners, an SEC-registered boutique investment bank in New York City.
With a degree in Masters in Finance from the University of Baltimore, Greg Buckis had extensive early years of experience in pricing and budgeting technology solutions for Client Server, Networks, Call Centers, and a broad experience with due diligence and purchase accounting. He then moved into Healthcare information systems and has completed over 50 acquisitions with integrations. The most significant acquisition was the $550M sale price for a division of L-3 with $1 Billion in revenue annually and 4,000 employees. He has broad experience with due diligence and purchase accounting.

John Harrison recently retired after a 40-year career in technology and in communication consulting. Over his career, he held leadership positions in strategy, sales, sales operations, maintenance, channels, and sales education. The wide range of his roles across large and small companies included leading a startup for IBM in the healthcare industry, integrating the Softek acquisition into IBM, and implementing sales processes to improve consistency and accuracy. He led businesses as large as $5 billion in annual global revenue.

Prior to founding CCConsulting Services, Lawrence was the Director of Compliance for a public company. Lawrence also held senior positions as the Chief Financial Officer of ING Americas with over $50 Billion in assets and the Chief Financial Officer of Nomura Securities for the Americas with assets of over $100 billion.
