At his former position – CFO of Gryphon Technologies Inc – he grew the business from $100M to $320M in 14 months with five acquisitions. While there, he completed a system implementation going from three accounting systems to one, and took the company from 4.5% EBITA to 8% with savings of $2M annually by moving the business from services to different solutions with higher yields.
